When you’ve hit rock bottom
You have two choices.
- You believe that what you’ve hit is not rock bottom yet. Thus, you keep dwelling on your situation and you overthink everything. Which leads you to do… nothing but constantly feeling bad about yourself. Friends try to help you for a while but after some time, all you’ll have left is you and your negative thoughts.
- You pull yourself together and decide to plan your way out. You don’t feel like doing it because you have no certainty that everything’s gonna work out just fine. It takes you some time to get the right mindset but eventually you find the courage to take one step after another. And as the time goes by, you build yourself enough confidence to get through the highs and lows that you’ll encounter in your journey.
Life ain’t easy.
